Four months as product & GTM lead.
Got the product into 100 users and accepted into Y Combinator. Shipped as an MCP server with three core actions — Record, Recall, Overview — validating the core memory loop for AI agents.
I operate at founder velocity, whether or not the company is mine. In 18 months at Ultrahuman I automated a growth engine to a 10x revenue jump. I co-founded a startup to first revenue and an acqui-hire. I helped take a YC-backed AI startup to 100 users.

The thesis: the best way to get work out of AI is to give it precise instructions, and the bottleneck is that people can't describe their own processes. Process knowledge lives in people's hands, not in docs — you can't automate what you can't describe.
The product: press a shortcut, it watches your screen, narrates what you're doing, and turns it into an SOP you can hand to AI to automate. I designed it, built a working demo on V0, and ran user outreach for validation. In parallel I stood up a services arm — custom AI-native GTM workflows — and onboarded Ultrahuman as first paying customer at $500/mo recurring.
The traction drew an acqui-hire offer from a Thiel Fellow before we'd registered the company. I joined to build Memory Store.
The bet was "scale is a byproduct of repetition" — 5,000 qualified prospects a month, 240 personalized outreaches a day, 60 per person. Manual effort had hit its ceiling: inconsistent output, burnout, a hard cap on revenue. The obvious move was to hire more people.
I built an automation engine across the full growth data lifecycle instead. Top-of-funnel: ingested creator content from YouTube, auto-transcribed via AssemblyAI, summarized for collaboration angles — hours of research became one click. Partner comms: context-aware email replies that read full threads and pulled creator data from Sheets, multi-stage follow-ups via Rebump, a proprietary creator-relationship scoring tool. The operating principle I set for the team: anything repetitive can and should be automated.
Monthly revenue $250K → $2.9M (>10x) · DRR +170% (Oct → Dec) · $6.8M direct website sales + $414K creator-driven Amazon sales · targets exceeded with zero headcount increase.
